About the Proceeding

To prevent any bias or subjectivity, PROCAIS uses double-blind peer review which means that the identities of the paper authors are concealed from the reviewers and vice versa during the reviewing process. PROCAIS strongly suggests that the proposed papers follow the author guidelines provided by SEAQIL.

The proposed papers should explicate:

  • abstract of the paper;
  • background of the research;
  • research design;
  • discussion which correlates the research findings and the supporting theories;
  • conclusion of the main points of the paper;
  • acknowledgement;
  • references;
  • appendices; and
  • bio statement(s) of the paper author(s).

Aside from research papers, reports of good practices are also welcome. The submitted reports should provide detailed explanation of the teaching methods and their implementation that could be a novel reference for other language teachers and educators.
